AllToPrompt is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the service:
Media files: Images, videos, and audio files you upload are processed transiently. They are sent directly from your browser to the Anthropic Claude API using your personal API key. We do not receive, store, or have access to these files at any point.
API Key: Your Anthropic API key is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. It is never transmitted to AllToPrompt's servers.
Contact form data: If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.
We use the limited information we collect to:
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. The only third-party service your data touches is:
Anthropic (Claude API): Your media and prompts are sent to the Anthropic API using your own API key. This data is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We have no visibility into this data.
AllToPrompt uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your API key and saved prompts locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser.
You can clear this data at any time through your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.
We retain contact form data only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, typically no longer than 90 days. Media files are never retained — they are processed in real time and not stored anywhere.

All connections to AllToPrompt use HTTPS encryption. Your API key is stored locally and is never transmitted to our infrastructure. We regularly review our practices to maintain appropriate security standards.

AllToPrompt provides tools to convert media files into AI prompt text using the Anthropic Claude API. You must provide your own valid Anthropic API key to use live conversion features.
You agree to use AllToPrompt only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the service to process content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
You retain full ownership of any media you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process any content you submit.
Your use of the Anthropic Claude API through AllToPrompt is subject to Anthropic's Usage Policy. API costs are billed directly to your Anthropic account — AllToPrompt does not charge for API usage.
Generated prompts that you save to the public library become available to other users. Do not submit prompts containing personal information or confidential content to the public library.
The AllToPrompt name, logo, design, and interface are the intellectual property of AllToPrompt.com. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
AI-generated prompts produced using our service are yours to use freely, including commercially, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
AllToPrompt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated prompts will produce specific results in any AI tool.
The quality and accuracy of prompts depends on the underlying Claude model and the media provided. We are not responsible for outputs generated by third-party AI tools using our prompts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllToPrompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Prompts shared to the public library are visible to all users. By submitting a prompt to the library, you grant AllToPrompt a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that prompt within the service.
We reserve the right to remove any prompt from the library that violates these terms, applicable law, or community standards.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to AllToPrompt at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of AllToPrompt after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
